Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
We at IndusDiva understand that our Customers may want to cancel or make changes to an order for various reasons. Our policy described below, shall assist you while placing such requests.
- We accept full or part order cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order
- We do not accept full or part order cancellation requests made after 24 hours of placing the order, as we would have initiated processing of the order Which includes procurement of the product(s) and customizing them in our Design Studio.
We accept the following order modification requests, only if made within 24 hours of placing the order and if it hasn’t been already shipped.
1) Product Modification Request
Changes to products selected are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
In case of changes to order value on account of order modification :
- Customer will be required to make additional payment, in case of increase in order value
- IndusDiva will make a refund of difference amount, in case of decrease in order value
2) Product Size Modification Request
- We accept the following order modification requests, only if given within 24 hours of placing the order and if the product has not already been shipped.
- Changes to measurements for custom-stitching (or) new request for custom-stitching can be made if the order has not been shipped or 24 hours before the commencement of customization work.
If additional charges are applicable on account of this change, the Customer will be required to make the payment
3) Shipping Address Modification Request
- We accept shipping address modification requests, only if the order has not been shipped and the request has been made 24 hours before the promised order shipping date
If shipping charges are applicable on account of a change in the shipping address, the Customer will be required to make the additional payment
- Products sold under certain sales cannot be exchanged or returned. These shall be specifically mentioned in the Term & Conditions of the Sale.

- For all full or part order cancellation requests, we request Customers to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by:

- We will issue cash refunds only for payments made through PayPal (or) PayU (or) 2Checkout
- For payments made through bank transfers (or) vouchers (or) other modes of payment, we will issue a refund only through store credit.
- The refunds will not exceed the payment made by the Customer. If the Customer had availed vouchers while making the payment, appropriate adjustments will be made while calculating the value to be refunded.
- The refund (cash or store credit) will be completed within a maximum of 5 working days
