Am not a fashion expert, how do I know better about the designs and fabric?

We take absolute care to describe in detail about the apparel along with high resolution images so that you can make a well informed choice of your own.

Can I opt for a saree without going in for a custom stitched blouse?

Yes, you can buy the saree on its own with no add on customization.

How does the custom stitching work?

While you are placing the order our system will prompt you to enter your measurement details in a form and submit it to us. Please go through the instructions and make sure that all the details are entered correctly. You can contact our customer care team at care@indusdiva.com in case you have any difficulties. Once our designer goes through it and finds it good to go ahead with, your costume will be ready to be stitched. We also have an option for you to send us a dummy set so that our designer can stitch your piece accordingly.  

Can I send back the customized outfit for alteration?

Yes, you can send us back the outfit for alteration, all you will need to bear are the shipping charges and there will be no extra fee for alterations.

Will the color of the outfit on the website exactly match the original piece?

Though we try our best to keep every detail accurate, due to the lightings in photography and the monitor settings of various computers, there may be a slight variation in the color.


Ordering and Tracking

How do I know if my order is placed successfully?

As soon as we receive your order, we send you an email confirming that your order has been placed. Usually you would receive the email within five minutes of placing the order. However, it may take up to an hour in a few rare cases. If you had placed the order successfully and did not receive any confirmation email, please  contact us at care@indusdiva.com.

How can I track the status of my order?

I want to cancel/modify/return my order. What should I do?

You can cancel your order upto 24 hours from the time of placing the order. On cancellations, you can get shop credits worth the value of your order. There shall be no cash refunds. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us on live support or write to us at care@indusdiva.com.

Shipping

How long will it be before I receive my order?

Your order would normally be shipped within 7-14 business days and will take an additional 7-21 days for delivery depending upon your location. In rare cases, there might be delays based on unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, IndusDiva.com will proactively inform you about the delay and updated delivery date.

What will be the mode of delivery?

The mode of delivery would be through courier. We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of products and your order may be delivered through any one of them based on your location. 

What are your charges for shipping the order?

We offer free shipping for orders above $100 anywhere in the world. The order value is calculated as the final amount paid after voucher usage and other discounts. We have differential shipping cost for every unit purchased, you can view the complete shipping rate card here.

Can I expedite my shipping?

In case you want the shipping to be expedited, please contact our Customer Care. We will do our best to ensure that your request is fulfilled.

I accidentally placed my order with an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

In case of providing a wrong shipping address, please call our Customer Care immediately. If your order has not been shipped, the request for shipping address update can be accommodated easily. In case your order has already been packed and shipped, we will provide all assistance to help get your order to you. Please note that this might cause delay in the delivery time promised by us. 

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost all countries worldwide and support a majority of pin codes in each country. To know further details about a specific location, please contact us and we will get back to you with the details.

It is completely safe to use your credit/debit card at Indusdiva.com. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Your credit card information is used only by EBS and then by Visa/Mastercard/Diners to verify your credentials and authorize your transaction. 

What should I do if my payment fails?

In case your payment fails please retry and ensure

• Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate ie. account details, billing address,   password(in case of net banking)

• Your internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process

• Do not click on Back or Refresh button during the payment process.
