We at IndusDiva.com make sure that you say yes to only the best. Hence, we have a convenient return policy to complete the entire online shopping experience. We accept order cancellations / returns on delivered items under certain unavoidable conditions.

In case of readymade apparel, though extreme care is taken in packaging and shipping, there may be certain circumstance under which a shipment may be damaged in transit. Our operation team makes sure that the right item reaches you at your doorstep but there may be rare cases of wrong item delivery. In such situations, the customer can place a cancellation or return request with IndusDiva.com and our team will provide you with the best possible solution.

Order that has been shipped out and is not damaged or wrongly delivered will normally not be cancelled or returned. We understand that there may be other genuine reasons why you may want to return or cancel the order. In such cases, IndusDiva.com will take the final call on return or cancellation on a case to case basis.

For the request to be considered

-Please raise a return request with our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

-The item should be returned to us in its original condition with tags and packaging intact within 7 days of raising a return request.

- Allow us 3 more days to get back to you on the return status. 

- Once it passes our quality check, we shall refund your amount along with the shipping charges as store credits. There shall be no cash refunds.

- Custom duties and taxes will not be refunded

In case of custom stitched apparel, in the case the costume doesn’t fit you; you can send it back to us for alterations. There will be no extra charges for alterations though the shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

Reasons for which no returns shall be accepted

Color and Description Discrepancy

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online. IndusDiva.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur in with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads and sequences usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
