Are there any extra charges applicable?
The VAT /Custom Taxes and Import Duties applicable for the items shall be billed separately by our courier partners and you can pay the same at the time of delivery. They are not a part of the payment made by the customer to IndusDiva.com. The courier partners at times may also charge additional charges on case to case basis.
Please note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery. The duties and taxes are not a part of the customer’s payment made to us.
How long will it take for the items to be shipped?
All products are usually shipped within 7-14 business days and and take additional 7-21 business days for delivery based on your delivery location. For orders that include customisation, an additional time of 7 business days is required. In rare cases, there may be delays based on unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, Indusdiva.com will proactively inform you of the delay and updated delivery date.
What would be the Transit Time for my order?
All products are shipped from India through trusted courier partners like UPS, FedEx, DHL and IndiaPost. Delivery times vary between 7 to 21 business days based on your location. On request we can also provide you with alternate and more economical shipping options which will be a little slower. If the order value is extremely high then we can also make a special quote for your shipping. Please contact us for more details.
If I have ordered multiple items, when will I receive them?
Varied products have different shipping dates and we club all items and ship them together. So if you have ordered for multiple items, the shipping date would be of the later available product. For e.g. if you have ordered two products, one which has 1st of the month as the shipping date and the other as the 5th of the month, your entire package will be shipped by 5th.
What if I order multiple items and want the ones with earlier available dates shipped first?
All the items in an order will be shipped together as we do not offer partial shipping for the time being, though you could go ahead and place multiple orders and we will ship them separately based on the availability dates.
Does my shipment hold any risk while transit?
All the items shipped by IndusDiva.com are fully insured at no extra cost to the customer. The customer will bear no cost to damage while transit of the shipment. But if the package is damaged, stolen or lost after it has been delivered at the address specified by the customer, then IndusDiva.com doesn’t not hold any responsibility for the same.
How do I track my shipment?
As soon as your package is shipped, we shall mail you the tracking details of the shipment via email. It may take about 24 hours for the shipment status to get updated. You can use the shipment tracking number on our courier partner’s website. You can check your order status here.
What is billing address and what’s shipping address?
The address to which the credit card company bills the customer is the billing address and the shipping address is the one where the customer wishes to receive the order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If you have given a wrong address or want the address to be changed, please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, the request for shipping address update can be accommodated easily. In case your order has already been packed and shipped, we will provide all assistance to help get your order to you. Please note that this might cause delay in the delivery time promised by us.
Can I have multiple addresses for my order?
You can place multiple orders for multiple addresses though the option to do so in the same order is not available.
What do I do if my shipment is lost in transit?
If we get to know that a package may have been lost in transit then we wait for 15 days and then initiate a tracking process and once the shipment is verified as lost, we will reprocess and reship the order.
Anything I need to take care of?
-Please enter your complete correct address with zip code while placing the order.
-Make sure that someone is there to receive the shipment when it arrives.
-In certain regions, incorrect address may invoke a penalty from the courier partners which has to be borne by the customer.
-Our courier partners may not work on Saturdays and Sundays in some regions and hence the shipment may not be delivered on those days.
